An exciting opportunity has arisen for an inspiring and exceptional individual with a proven track record in leadership in schools to join our highly supportive team as Deputy Headteacher. The role of a Deputy Headteacher includes:

● Formulating the aims and objectives of the school

● Managing staff and resources to that end

● Monitoring progress towards the achievement of the school’s aims and objectives

Our highly successful school which is rated ‘good’ by Ofsted, ensures the best outcomes for children through our innovative teaching approach and a creative curriculum, which promotes curiosity. This is further enhanced by our specialist teachers for Spanish, music and sport who deliver quality provision throughout the school.

Children are motivated to achieve, encouraged to be independent and a delight to teach. Pupil voice is encouraged through our School Parliament and Grange Park Family assemblies that celebrate children’s achievements.
