Nursery

Applying for a nursery class place

We are offering 15 hour nursery placements for 3-4 year olds, as well as 30 hour nursery placements for those that are eligible.  

 

To apply for a nursery place an application should be completed online at http://www.enfield.gov.uk/admissions

 

Term times

The school nursery will be open during term time only.   Term dates (including closure dates for INSET days) are available on the school website. 

 

Session times

 

15 hour placements

30 hour placements

Children requiring 15 hour placements will be able to access either a morning or an afternoon session.

Children requiring 30 hour placements will be able to access both morning and afternoon sessions with the additional one-hour lunchtime charged at £5.20 per day. Parents should provide their child with a packed lunch.

8:30 – 11:30    OR    12:30 – 15:30

8:30 – 11:30    AND    12:30 – 15:30

 

Siblings of children already attending Grange Park can be dropped off up to 8:45 and collected from 15:15.

 

 

Preferences

Parents can state their preferences (morning or afternoon, or 30 hours placement) when an offer has been made.   

 

 

Extended hours

Connect, our external provider for extended school provision, will be offering places for children attending our nursery.  They provide a daily breakfast and after school club as well as provision over the school holidays.

 

 

In year admissions

Please contact the school office to find out if there are any spaces for admissions outside the start of the academic year in September. Alongside our regular admissions we may be able to accommodate children a term after their 3rd birthday if there are spaces. 

 

 

30 hours free childcare

You can usually get 30 hours free childcare if you (and your partner, if you have one) are:

  • In work – or getting parental leave, sick leave or annual leave
  • Each earning at least the national minimum wage or living wage for 16 hours a week
